I'm a Senior Product Designer specialized in complex B2B platforms and operational systems. The kind where workflows, automation, and business rules directly impact decision-making, scalability, and execution.
My work focuses on structuring multi-role systems, operational workflows, permissions, and human-in-the-loop automation across environments involving uncertainty, coordination, and real operational risk.
I think in states, transitions, failure modes, and governance. Then screens. The interface is a consequence of decisions already made, not the starting point.
